Personal Assistant

for the Filton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.
Responsibilities
Support the UK National Representative and Head of Filton Site at HKU as a Personal Assistant.
Managed travel, expenses, and diary scheduling, including organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes.
Provided administrative and logistical support, including ad-hoc project assistance and visitor/taxi bookings.
Assisted in end-to-end purchasing processes, monthly reporting, and standard presentation preparation.
Skills required
Effective communicator with strong organizational skills for multitasking.
In-depth understanding of internal processes, tools, and organizational structure.
Proven problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
Collaborative team player who remains composed under pressure.
Someone from the Aerospace/Defence/Automotive background will be highly preferred
