Location : Edinburgh
Salary : £27,000-£31,000

Pertemps are recruiting a Personal Assistant to work with the Edinburgh based client. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative, secretarial and PA support to the larger team.

The Role :
Managing lawyers' schedules and appointments, including coordinating meetings and conferences
Screening and directing phone calls and correspondence to the appropriate individuals
Drafting and proofreading legal documents, letters, and emails
Conducting research and compiling relevant information for legal cases
Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and databases in both physical and electronic formats
Making travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries as needed
Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
Providing general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Handling other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

About You :
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within a legal environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Previous experience in a legal setting or familiarity with legal terminology is desirable but not essential
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
