Personal Assistant - Media/Entertainment

We're working on exciting new position for an experienced Personal Assistant to join one of the top Media/Entertainment companies in the world.
This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a fast paced, well established team and would suit someone who is familiar with managing complex diaries, travel arrangements who works with discretion and integrity.

As a priority you will:
Manage complex diaries for multiple executives.
Coordinate internal and externals meetings for multiple executives, as well as both domestic and international travel arrangements.
Plan large offsite and onsite events and meetings
Complete general office duties as needed. This can include space planning/desk assignment.
To be successful, you will:
Extensive experience in providing complex calendar management, travel and expense reports for 1 or more executives.
Experience prioritising multiple projects.
Exceptional proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite.
This role is looking for immediately available candidates with 5+ years of Personal Assisting experience open to a hybrid working patter.
