Executive PA to CEO
On-site role in Ilford, East London
Salary up to £45,000 p.a.

We are seeking an experienced, confident and ambitious Personal Assistant, to support the CEO of a well established engineering business who create bespoke systems for the automotive industry. Founded over 20 years ago, they are held in very high regard in their industry and are continuing to grow and innovate. This is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career without having to commute into Central London.

Key duties will include:
- Diary management
- Travel planning, including assisting with itineraries at international conferences and events
- Correspondence and inbox management
- Occasional personal travel and correspondence support
- Assisting with office management duties
- Ad hoc administration and support, as directed by the CEO

In order to be considered you must have significant, recent experience in a similar role. You will be a great communicator, proactive and able to manage your own varied workload with minimal supervision. You will be commercially savvy, and happy to jump in and help others in the team when needed.

This is an on-site role based near Ilford, with good public transport links (short walk from Central line) and parking available close by.
Salary of up to £45,000 p.a. dependent on experience
