A mixture of both personal assistance for the CEO's private affairs and business requirements in a fast-paced fast- growing, exciting international hospitality and entertainment brand.ResponsibilitiesManagement of the household affairs across 2 locationsFull diary management for the CEO and familyDetailed overseas travel plans / itineraries both personal and businessExpense reports, accounts and office adminSitting in and recording details of important meetingsDraft slides, documents, ad hoc research for CEO and C-SuiteManaging social media of the CEO and involvement in company entertainment/socialsWorking with confidential info on a daily basisQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExperience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsWell-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
