Job title: Personal Assistant to MD
Location: South Darenth, Kent
Brigade Electronics plc, are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to provide effective secretarial and administrative support to the UK Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
To provide effective secretarial and administrative support across the wider Brigade Group to other Directors, Managers To and colleagues as required.
Provide administrative support to the wider UK business, covering both office and field-based staff.
Book UK and international travel and hotels for MD, management and sales teams
Assist overseas visitors with travel and hotel arrangements.
Minute-taking in UK Management Meetings and other meetings as required
Ownership of UK Risk and Opportunities log, updating as required by the UK management team to highlight areas for action
Maintenance and management of company car records
Appointed Fire Marshall for UK office
Person Specification
Proven track record of 5+ years in secretarial skills, including use of shorthand
High attention to detail & high level of accuracy
Efficient and confident in the processing of all Director level correspondence and other paperwork
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
