Personal Assistant to Owner

Our client a dynamic and fast-growing owner-managed business is seeking a proactive PA to support the Directors/Owners of the business both in their personal and business endeavours.

Duties will include but not be limited to;

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.
• Assist with personal errands, such as, booking appointments, dealing with taxing cars, collating, and checking credit card bills and invoices for various properties, insurance, visa, getting lunch etc
• Coordinate personal events and gatherings if required.
• Assist with business-related tasks, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action items for meetings.
• Conduct research, compile data, and assist with project management as required.
• Liaise with the franchisor, property agents, suppliers, and stakeholders on behalf of the directors.
• Meeting and greeting guests into the office and ensuring smooth running of the office facilities.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a wide range of administrative and personal tasks with discretion and confidentiality. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

This role is fully office based Monday - Friday
