Are you passionate about providing a top-tier customer experience? Do you have 12-18 months' experience in car finance brokerage? If so, this could be your perfect next step.

Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer for a Personal Car Buyer, based in Cheadle, Manchester.

In this role, you'll support customers throughout their car-buying journey-sourcing their perfect vehicle, liaising with dealerships, and ensuring every transaction is smooth and enjoyable. Your ability to listen, negotiate and exceed expectations will drive your success.

• Hours: Rota-based, Monday to Sunday, 9am-8pm, including weekends and bank holidays (time off in lieu provided)
• Salary: £27,000 + OTE £40,000-£50,000
• Benefits: Pension, parking, healthcare
• Location: Office-based in Cheadle

What We're Looking For:

• 12-18 months' car finance brokerage experience (essential)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience exceeding targets in a customer-focused setting
• A proactive, driven, and passionate individual
