Do you believe in the potential of young people? Are you someone who thrives on making a real difference—supporting others to overcome challenges, grow in confidence, and achieve their goals?
We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated Personal Development Coach to join a team focused on helping young individuals thrive both in their learning and personal lives.
? Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging workshops, individual coaching sessions, and progress reviews that focus on confidence-building and core skills in maths and English.
Monitoring and supporting learners who require additional help—particularly those with identified needs or those at risk of falling behind.
Contributing to a dynamic personal development programme that equips young people with essential life and employability skills.
Promoting the use of inclusive tools and technologies, such as assistive software and reading aids, to enhance student independence.
Working collaboratively with teaching staff, support professionals, and families to build a strong, joined-up support system.
Helping shape enrichment opportunities that develop students’ wellbeing, life skills, and community involvement.
Supporting the induction and mentoring of new team members, and contributing to team learning and development activities.
? What You’ll Bring:
Experience working with young people in education, youth services, or a similar support setting.
Understanding of safeguarding, support frameworks like EHCPs, and how to work with learners with varied needs.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate and build trust with diverse individuals.
Confidence in using digital tools to support learning, with a willingness to explore new technology.
A collaborative approach, flexibility, and a proactive mindset focused on student success.
If you're ready to take on a role where you’ll have real impact every day—supporting learners to overcome barriers and reach their potential—we’d love to hear from you.
