The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced solicitor to handle a quality caseload of Employers' Liability, Public Liability, Occupiers' Liability, and RTA matters across Portal, Intermediate Track, and Multi-Track levels. This is an ideal role for someone who is both a strong technical lawyer and a supportive leader who enjoys mentoring colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

You'll play an important part in the development of our team as the firm grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a quality caseload of 110-130 EL/PL/OL/RTA files.
• Provide casework review, guidance, and training support to a small but growing team.
• Contribute to the growth and leadership of the team, with opportunities to shape processes and mentor new joiners.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to uphold our commitment to exceptional client service.
• Attend monthly in-person team meetings (one Wednesday per month) and work two days per week in the Manchester office as part of our hybrid model.
• What We're Looking For
• Qualified solicitor with 6-12 years' PQE.
• Strong background in Multi-Track and Intermediate Track personal injury matters.
• Confidence handling a mixed caseload of EL/PL, OL, and RTA claims.
• A natural people leader who is supportive, approachable, and commercially astute.
• Someone who thrives in a values-led, collaborative environment and is keen to progress their career.
