Location: Liverpool City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to manage a caseload of litigated Fast Track and Multi Track Personal Injury claims at our Liverpool office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Fast Track and Multi-Track personal injury files
• Conduct client interviews and provide regular updates
• Draft statements, legal documents, and instructions for experts and counsel
• Assess general and special damages and negotiate settlements
• Handle applications and provide advocacy at hearings
• Instruct experts and conclude cases, including costs and billing
• Take initial client instructions and provide legal advice
• Attend court hearings with or without counsel
• Communicate effectively with clients, opponents, experts, and counsel
• Advise on and arrange funding methods, including CFAs and cost updates
• Maintain accurate records and correspondence across all cases
