This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional experienced in RTA, employer liability (EL), and/or public liability (PL) claims who is looking to grow their career within a respected personal injury team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• 
  Managing your own caseload of personal injury matters, primarily road traffic accidents and/or EL/PL claims, depending on your experience
• 
  Reviewing liability and making settlement recommendations following portal exit
• 
  Assessing and interpreting evidence including witness statements to determine next steps
• 
  Engaging in negotiations with defendants or their representatives to achieve fair outcomes
• 
  Preparing cases for litigation when required, ensuring procedural compliance and case readiness

Who We're Looking For:

• 
  A personal injury legal professional (Paralegal, Fee Earner or Solicitor) with experience in RTA and/or EL/PL cases
• 
  Confident handling a caseload independently from instruction to settlement/litigation
• 
  Skilled in negotiation, analysis of liability, and case strategy
• 
  Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Strong written and verbal communication skills
