An established and growing legal practice is seeking an experienced Litigated Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor to join its Liverpool-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality legal services and achieving strong outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and progress a caseload of litigated personal injury matters from defence stage through to settlement or trial

* Provide clear, professional and timely legal advice to clients

* Effectively manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of each case

* Ensure cases are progressed efficiently and in line with key deadlines

* Deliver a high standard of client care at all stages

About You:

* Previous experience managing a personal injury caseload, ideally including litigated Fast Track files

* Strong organisational and case management skills

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Confident negotiator with strong problem-solving abilities

* Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service

* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
