Job Title: Legal Helpline Advisor - Personal Injury
Location: Sheffield, S9 with Free Parking
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £22,222 per annum

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:Taking inbound calls from new and existing clients Advising clients on new and existing claims in relation to Personal Injury matters Updating files and cases Transferring calls where appropriate
