My client is a market-leading claimant Personal Injury law firm with a strong reputation for handling high-value, complex cases, including multi-million-pound settlements and catastrophic injury claims.

With over 70 years of experience, the firm is recognised for achieving outstanding results for clients across the UK and internationally. Its Personal Injury team is among the most respected in the industry and it is seeking a talented solicitor to join the team in managing a varied caseload.

The role:

In this role, you will handle both pre-litigated and litigated claims, working closely with clients, barristers, medical experts and other professionals to provide exceptional legal support. The role also involves attending Court hearings, conducting client meetings and engaging in settlement negotiations.

About you:

You will have at least 3 years' experience in personal injury law, a proven track record with high-value claims and a strong billing history. You should be well-versed in Conditional Fee Agreements, the MOJ portal and possess excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.

My client is looking for someone with a proactive, professional approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload in a target-driven environment.
