Personal Injury Paralegal – Leeds

I am currently working on behalf of the UK's leading Personal Injury specialists who are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to manage a caseload of fast-track RTA cases through all stages of the OIC portal.

You will be a skilled negotiator with a proven track record in handling Fast Track RTA claims and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA Portal claims, following the OIC process and utilising the firm’s Case Management Systems
• Progress caseloads effectively, ensuring clients receive professional, timely and appropriate legal advice while managing expectations
• Identify cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial and initiate litigation promptly
• Liaise efficiently with medical agencies, experts, third-party insurers and other relevant parties to ensure proactive case progression

Experience & Knowledge:

• Previous experience managing a caseload of Fast Track RTA claims, or hands-on experience managing tasks related to such cases
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in working with case management systems and Microsoft Office
