Overview

Our client, a leading international law firm, is expanding its Motor Injury team and is seeking fee earners to manage a diverse caseload of motor injury matters. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing department working on behalf of top-tier motor insurers.

The role offers excellent scope to develop litigation and negotiation skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with involvement in both pre- and post-litigation work across a wide range of cases.

The Team

The Motor team manages motor injury claims from small claims to fast-track disputes, with a strong record of delivering successful outcomes. It acts for a wide range of motor insurers and self-insured businesses across the UK. Notably, the team has recently achieved a landmark result in a high-profile multi-claimant motor case, further strengthening its national reputation.

• Leading UK motor insurers
• Claims handling organisations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of motor injury claims (pre- and post-litigation)
• Handle matters across small claims and fast-track stages
• Engage directly with clients, third parties and other stakeholders
• Conduct case assessments, legal research and strategy planning
• Negotiate settlements and progress matters efficiently through litigation

Required Experience

• 0–2 years’ experience in a legal role (applications from all levels welcome)
• Litigation experience in claimant motor or motor recovery work
• Excellent client communication and case management skills
• Strong organisation, time management and negotiation ability
