Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000

CRA Consulting are working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded local law firm, renowned for providing a broad range of legal services to both private individuals and commercial clients.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in Personal Injury Law. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable legal practice offering a supportive working environment and exposure to a diverse caseload.

• 
  Managing a caseload of personal injury claims through all stages of the MOJ Claims Portal (Stages 1, 2, and 3)
• 
  Handling ex-portal claims and progressing files in a timely and efficient manner
• 
  Taking witness statements and maintaining accurate and thorough case records
• 
  Drafting legal documentation, including notes, statements, and correspondence
• 
  Keeping internal systems and case files up to date, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all information
• 
  Supporting settlement negotiations and assisting in reaching timely resolutions
• 
  Preparing court bundles and liaising with third parties in advance of hearings
• 
  Maintaining strong client relationships, providing updates and guidance throughout the process
• 
  Undertaking general administrative duties to support the wider legal team
• 
  Offering ad-hoc assistance on Medical Negligence matters, when required

• 
  Prior experience working as a Paralegal within a Personal Injury setting
• 
  Proficiency in handling claims via the MOJ Portal, including experience with ex-portal cases
• 
  Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• 
  Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines effectively
