A highly regarded law firm in South Manchester is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Portal Manager to lead their Occupiers’ and Public Liability Portal Team. Key Responsibilities

· Managing a team of paralegals handling Occupiers’ and Public Liability portal claims from inception to conclusion.

· Taking full ownership of the team’s performance with a focus on quality, efficiency, and risk management.

· Providing training and development opportunities for team members to ensure the delivery of outstanding client service.

· Conducting regular process reviews and implementing changes to improve team performance and operational efficiency.

· Acting as a confident and effective communicator, building and nurturing strong relationships within the team and with clients.

Requirements

· Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX), or equivalent by experience.

· Proven experience managing a Claimant Personal Injury portal caseload, ideally with a focus on Occupiers’ Liability and Public Liability claims.

· Previous experience supervising large teams of paralegals, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

· A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
