We look forward to getting to know you.  About the role We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law, a passion for advocating for clients, and the ability to work efficiently and expeditiously on behalf of our clients. * This is a partner track position. What you'll do Manage a large docket of personal injury cases from initial consultation through settlement. Oversee investigations, including gathering and analyzing medical records, police reports, and witness statements. Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently for the highest possible settlement. Supervise case management staff and provide detailed direction on cases. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. 3+ years of experience as an attorney practicing personal injury law. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required.   Ideal candidates will display a go-getter mentality while sharing our value driven approach.
