Job Title: Personal Injury Senior Paralegal (Hybrid Working)
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £40,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Overview:

We are working in partnership with a leading national legal services provider to recruit a Personal Injury Senior Paralegal to support on various cases within their Serious Injury team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking firm that handles high-value, complex personal injury claims.

The Role:

You will assist in managing a caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims, both litigated and non-litigated. This includes gathering evidence, liaising with medical experts, drafting legal documents, and supporting the fee earner through all stages of the claim process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with high-value, multi-track personal injury claims
• Risk assess cases and escalate concerns appropriately
• Liaise with clients, medical experts, and external agencies
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
• Attend court hearings, conferences, and client meetings as required
• Support with instructing Counsel and preparing for JSMs
• Engage in mentoring and training junior team members

Experience & Skills Required:

• Experience assisting on or managing litigated personal injury claims
• Strong understanding of liability, causation, and quantum
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities
• Defendant background candidates with relevant experience are welcome
