Personal Injury Solicitor

A well-regarded boutique law firm based in Preston are seeking an experienced Litigation solicitor to join them and take on a varied caseload of personal injury and some clinical negligence claims.

As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of fast-track, intermediate, and multi-track personal injury claims.
• Focus primarily on EL/PL claims.
• Have the option to handle medical negligence or professional negligence cases depending on experience.
• Opportunity to supervise paralegal staff working on fast-track and pre-action matters.
• Work with high-quality, self-generated leads, meaning no low-value RTA claims.
• Use advanced legal tech, including AI-supported case management systems.
• Have significant autonomy and flexibility to shape the role around your strengths,
• Support the firm's growth by freeing up the lead solicitor to focus on business development.
• Clear path to senior leadership, with future opportunity for partnership or ownership.

• At least 5 years of experience in personal injury or clinical negligence litigation.
• Strong skills in fast-track and multi-track claims.
• Confident with IT systems and open to innovation in legal tech.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and capable of working with autonomy.
