Description

• Manage a caseload of litigated RTA personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Liaise with third parties, insurers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct negotiations to secure fair settlements for clients.
• Prepare and present cases for court proceedings if necessary.
• Stay updated on recent legal developments in the personal injury field.
• Contribute to team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
• Maintain high levels of client service and care at all times.

Profile

A successful Personal Injury Solicitor should have:

• A qualification as a Solicitor with PQE in personal injury law.
• Candidates with good litigation experience willing to retrain as a personal injury solicitor will be considered.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• A high level of proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• The ability to manage and prioritise a high-volume workload.
