Personal Injury Solicitor – RTA, EL & OL Claims
Doncaster-Based (Flexible Location) | 2+ Years PQE

An established and well-respected South Yorkshire firm is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join its Doncaster-based team. With a strong reputation built over several decades, the firm handles a broad range of personal injury work and is now looking to strengthen its offering in RTA, Employers’ Liability and Occupiers’ Liability claims.

While the role offers flexibility on working location, the you will be expected to attend the Doncaster office on a weekly basis to support team collaboration and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of RTA, EL and OL claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial
• Deliver clear, practical legal advice to clients, maintaining high levels of empathy and professionalism throughout
• Handle cases both pre- and post-litigation, making use of ADR where appropriate and preparing matters for court when necessary
• Contribute to the wider team, supporting junior colleagues where needed and collaborating on strategic casework
• Support business development, helping to build on the firm’s strong local reputation through networking, marketing and client care initiatives
