Personal Injury Solicitor (1-4 years')

A leading firm is seeking a solicitor to join it's specialist Non-Accidental Injury team in Edinburgh. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a rewarding career in a highly sensitive and impactful area of law.

About the Role:

• Join a team specialising in non-accidental injury, abuse and serious violence claims
• Work closely with survivors, guiding them through complex personal injury litigation
• Support clients with empathy and provide expert legal advice tailored to their unique needs
• Contribute to complex cases while managing your own caseload independently

You will:

• Deliver legal advice on personal injury, civil litigation, or trauma-related claims
• Handle cases from initial instruction through to resolution
• Work with care and compassion in emotionally sensitive situations
• Liaise with colleagues, medical experts and other external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 1-4 years’ PQE in personal injury, civil litigation, or a related area
• Bring strong case management, drafting and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate an empathetic, proactive and collaborative approach
