Personal Injury Solicitor

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Solicitor to join its highly regarded Casualty Local Government Team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise within a leading national firm recognised for its strength in defendant litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of predominantly fast-track EL/PL and Highways claims
• Assist senior fee earners with complex matters, including social care and data breach claims
• Liaise directly with clients, opponents, courts and witnesses
• Undertake liability investigations and prepare case strategies
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements, quality standards and financial targets

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE)
• Experience in handling or assisting on defendant EL/PL claims (essential)
• Knowledge of public sector claims and social care (desirable)
• Excellent drafting, communication and teamworking skills
• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in claims validation and public sector work
