Description

• Managing a mixed EL/OL PI caseload through all stages
• Conducting client interviews and instructing experts
• Drafting pleadings, schedule of loss, Letters of Liability and Proposals
• Handling hearings and interim payments
• Assisting with multi-track matters
• Using case management systems efficiently
• Liaising with barristers, insurers, medical experts and fee earners
• Meeting KPI targets and contributing to business development

Profile

• A solicitor or equivalent with 1+?year PQE in EL/OL personal injury
• Experienced in managing cases throughout the PI journey
• Confident with common case management systems
• Clear communicator and team player
• Driven, client-service focused, and aiming for progression into multi-track
