The Role:
As a Personal Lines Broker, you’ll be at the heart of delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring clients receive tailored insurance solutions that truly meet their needs. You’ll handle inquiries, policy changes, and renewals with efficiency and professionalism, all while building lasting relationships with clients.

This is a traditional brokerage that values personal connections, offering a consultative approach rather than a transactional one. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio, including home, motor, and travel insurance, with exposure to commercial and specialist insurance.

With full-time office-based work (Monday to Friday), you’ll be immersed in a collaborative team environment, benefiting from hands-on support and career progression opportunities.

• Previous experience in insurance broking is essential
• Cert CII is preferable, but full support will be provided
