Join our dynamic team at Randstad as a Personal Secretary in the Psychological Services Department based within the Northern Trust. This is a great opportunity to add value to service users within the directorates of Mental Health, Learning Disability and Community Wellbeing. This is a Temporary contract with scope for extension.

Hours : 30 hours per week Monday - Friday

Responsibilities :
- Provide secretarial services to senior members of staff and the professional team
- Organise and service meetings, maintain diaries, and arrange appointments
- Type reports, memos, letters, and forms using word processing systems
- Provide administrative support at meetings including minute taking
- Manage email accounts and maintain records and filing systems
- All aspects of operational administration and clerical support to the department
