Human Capital Partners are working with a top 20 Practice to conduct the search to appoint a key hire to their Personal Tax team. We can offer full-time, part-time, fully remote or hybrid set up.

The firm continue to grow and boast an excellent and rapidly growing client base consisting largely of owner managed businesses, UK businesses with overseas aspects, high net worth individuals and Trusts.

The profile of person we seek can vary from recently qualified (ACA, CTA, ATT) to a Head of Personal Tax.

Role overview

Working within our tax department, your role will primarily consist of managing a varied

portfolio of personal tax clients including owner-managers and high net worth

individuals. You will provide tax consulting and advisory services to our clients and

support our partners with the same.

The successful candidate will deal with all tax compliance and planning aspects for this

portfolio and will also liaise with clients, be part of the overall tax team reporting to the

tax partner and will be supported in terms of training and career progression.

You will be exposed to many aspects of tax including but not limited to:

• Trust tax planning
• Inheritance tax planning
• Transactional work including tax due diligence
• Overseas aspects including double tax treaties
• Capital gains tax planning
• EMI returns
• ATED and residential property CGT returns

Senior Manager and Head of Tax candidates will have a broader remit than listed above.
