The Role

The main duties of the role as Personal Tax Director include:

• Working with tax partners to build an exceptional personal tax team as part of the firm's strategic growth plan
• Lead the delivery of complex personal tax advisory services as a member of a multi-disciplinary advisory group
• Proactive identification and engagement in opportunities to deliver value
• Coaching and developing others
• Active member of the firm's Strategic Leadership Group
