Our client is a leading firm of accountants with offices across the South East and beyond. On their behalf we are looking for a driven and experienced Personal Tax Manager to take charge of our expanding portfolio of personal tax clients. What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients and preparing personal tax returns.
• Reviewing tax returns prepared by the team.
• Handling HMRC matters.
• Advising clients on tax liabilities and planning opportunities across income tax, IHT, and more.
• Providing guidance on residency and disclosure issues.
• Leading the personal tax compliance process to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
• Supporting junior staff and reporting to the Tax Director.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in a practice-based tax role.
• ATT or CTA qualified (or near completion).
• Strong client service skills and ability to work independently.
• Confident managing deadlines and juggling priorities.
• Excellent communicator – written and verbal.

• Familiarity with Xero Tax, Digita, and advanced Excel skills.

Package:

A salary band of £55,000 - £70,000 has been set by Fletcher George as a guide, a comprehensive range of benefits are also on offer.
