The Role

You’ll be the go-to advisor for a diverse range of personal tax clients. Expect a mix of:

• Managing and delivering personal tax compliance.

• Leading advisory projects—remuneration planning, inheritance & capital taxes, property issues, international cases.

• Guiding and developing junior team members.

• Building client relationships and spotting tax planning opportunities.

Who We Want

• Qualified: CTA / ACA / ACCA (STEP or ATT considered a plus).

• Solid practice experience in personal tax, with both compliance and advisory exposure.

• Commercial mindset with sharp technical acumen.

• Confident, client-facing communicator.

• Capable leader and mentor for junior staff.
