Your new role

As Personal Tax Manager, you will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, trusts and partnerships.
Key responsibilities will include:

Managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients.
Reviewing and preparing personal tax returns.
Providing high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering bespoke advice.
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the tax team.
Assisting Partners and Directors with complex advisory projects.
Contributing to business development and networking activities where appropriate.What you'll need to succeed

CTA qualified, ATT qualified or qualified by experience.
Proven experience managing a personal tax portfolio within practice.
Strong technical personal tax knowledge.
Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members.
A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving.
