A leading and fast-evolving regional accountancy firm is seeking a Personal Tax Manager to join its expanding Birmingham office. With a strong presence across the Midlands and South West, this progressive practice is investing heavily in its Private Client services, creating an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and client-focused tax professional.
This role offers a blend of compliance and advisory work, servicing a varied client base including business owners, property investors, and high-net-worth individuals. Working closely with senior leaders and advisory specialists, you'll be involved in:

• Providing compliance and advisory services across a broad personal tax portfolio
• Advising clients on inheritance tax, trust structuring, property planning, and remuneration strategies
• Handling complex private client matters, including share incentive schemes and international tax issues
• Supporting the professional growth of junior tax staff through mentoring and coaching
• Playing an active part in growing the firm's reputation and presence across the region

• CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification, with solid experience in personal/private client tax
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term client relationships
• A genuine interest in developing junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Commercial awareness and the desire to get involved in business development
