Description

• Managing a varied portfolio of personal tax clients including HNWIs, sole traders, and partnerships.
• Preparing and submitting annual tax returns and computations, P11D and other HMRC forms.
• Providing tax planning advice to clients.
• Communicating directly with clients and maintaining strong relationships.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and the potential impact on clients.
• Assisting in the training and development of junior staff.
• Working closely with the Tax Manager on ad hoc advisory projects.
• Ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Profile

A successful Personal Tax Senior should have:

• A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CTA).
• A solid background in a professional services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
