Personal Tax Senior

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing self-assessment tax returns for individuals, including high-net-worth clients, sole traders and partnerships
• Supporting with capital gains, inheritance tax and other personal tax computations
• Communicating directly with clients to gather info, resolve queries and build relationships
• Reviewing tax documentation for compliance with HMRC requirements
• Liaising with HMRC on investigations and general correspondence
• Assisting with tax planning, research and advisory reports

What we’re looking for:

• AAT/ATT part-qualified or qualified
• 2-3 years' experience in a UK accountancy practice
• A personable, engaging style, comfortable speaking with clients
• A methodical approach and eagerness to learn
• Someone who’s either actively studying or happy in a steady, hands-on role
