Personal Tax Senior

The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Personal Tax Senior to report directly to the tax partner.
You will need a strong and recent track record in personal tax in the UK and have excellent communication skills to facilitate understanding between the client, team members and partners. Role Duties: • Dealing with a portfolio of private clients, taking responsibility for their personal tax affairs.
• Your portfolio will include a range of sole traders, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals across a range of sectors.
• Preparation of personal tax returns and dealing with ongoing tax compliance work, you will have the opportunity to be involved with tax advisory as well as inheritance tax and probate work.
• Play an active role in the growth and development of private clients. Personal Tax Senior - Essential Skills & Experience Required: • You should be a tax professional with experience working with an accounting/tax practice in the United Kingdom with a strong, recent track record in personal tax.
• Studied for ATT or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with CCH (for personal tax) Personal Tax Senior - Key Requirements: • Experience of the preparation of personal tax returns, income tax and capital gains tax computations and the preparation of unincorporated accounts.
• Experience in corporation tax matters will not be required. Personal Tax Senior – Benefits Offered: • Pension
