Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.
As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a hosted home, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.
The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.
Estelle Manors Personal Trainers work alongside a high performing team of fitness professionals, and will teach members in 1-1 or group sessions how to improve their fitness, physicality and overall health whilst in a safe environment. We are looking for full and part time personal trainers who will thrive on providing an exceptional guest experience and, most importantly, a warm and welcoming presence within the Club House gym for all our members and guests.
Who we are looking for
Previous experience in a personal training and fitness role.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
Benefits
£15.58 per hour.
28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, which increases with length of service. For part time positions, please note the holiday allowance will be pro-rata.
