PFI Account Manager

PFI Account Manager - Mental Healthcare - Irvine, Ayrshire - Salary £60-£65k plus car/allowance.

Responsible for the delivery of Hard FM services to a 300 bed mental health hospital in Ayrshire. With additional monitoring in place from the SPV and the Trust, this challenging contract requires someone with strong PFI contractual knowledge and an ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.

Managing a P&L of c£750k plus another £250k of variations, you will have a full time staff of 6 including a Technical Services Manager, a Supervisor and 4 Engineers. The contract is supported by a Projects team that manage lifecycle and a commercial team.

Initial challenges will be to understand the contract, manage deductions, catch up with a backlog of maintenance, deal with HR issues and improve the relationship with the Trust and SPV.
