PFI Project Manager

£45K - £55K, 20% bonus, pension scheme, private medical and hybrid working

Our client are an infrastructure investor looking to recruit a project manager to oversee and coordinate the successful delivery of multiple building reconfiguration capital projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage variation projects.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach with stakeholders.
• Ensure all internal stakeholders are aware and support project
• Support project briefs and budget estimations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned projects.
• Manage technical, financial, legal, and procedural aspects.
• Direct and advise Project Managers/Construction Managers.
• Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.
• Align approvals and development processes with stakeholders.
• Appoint and manage contractors and consultants.
• Monitor and report project status and progress.

Person Specification:

• Relevant Qualification (building surveying, project management, construction management)
• Solid understanding of PFI/PPP contracts
• Ability to manage own workload
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Organised and tenacious with a can do attitude
