My client is a Tier 1 ranked Legal 100 law firm with a strong track record of advising on high-profile PFI and PPP projects. The team is widely respected for its expertise in public sector infrastructure, complex outsourcing and commercial projects.

The team have a new opportunity for an experienced Projects Lawyer at Associate / Senior Associate level to join and work on complex commercial transactions across a range of sectors.

Your role will involve.........

• Lead on complex commercial projects and PFI/PPP contract management
• Advise on contract variations, operational issues and service transitions
• Support clients on PPP expiry planning and future service arrangements
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers

Your experience...........

• Qualified Solicitor circa 6-8 years’ PQE, with significant experience in PFI/PPP contracts
• Expertise in contract interpretation, management and operational delivery
• Strong leadership skills
