We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join an award-winning hospital in Bath and to be part of their Pharmacy Team on a Full Time Basis. This role comes with a fantastic salary ranging from £36,576 to £44,759. Not only that, but they're offering a £3000 welcome bonus (T&Cs Apply)!
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive medication reviews and assessments to ensure treatments are appropriate, effective, and safe. Collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to create personalised treatment plans. Providing enlightening drug information to healthcare teams and patients. Actively participating in medication reconciliation processes to minimise errors during care transitions. Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols. Engaging in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practice advancements. Package and Benefits:

A Pharmacy degree from a recognised university (BPharm or MPharm). Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council UK.
