Job Description - Pharmacist Manager

Exciting new opportunity to join a Community Pharmacy in York.

We offer a wide range of healthcare services, and are seeking a driven and passionate pharmacists to join a strong team in York.

Key Duties

  • Registered with the GPhC or be provisionally registered
  • Have a passion for delivering an excellent patient service
  • Have good knowledge of community pharmacy operations and provision of both local and national pharmacy services
  • Confident in building on existing relationships with local GP practices, care & nursing homes, and other care providers
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and confident in managing and leading a team, encouraging their development and career progression
  • Have a great rapport with patients and be able to make them feel comfortable using the pharmacy services
  • Be able to work independently as well as being a strong team player
  • Promote and develop advance pharmacy services, helping the team to meet their targets
  • Work accurately under pressure
