Job Description - Pharmacist Manager

Exciting new opportunity to join a Community Pharmacy in York.

We offer a wide range of healthcare services, and are seeking a driven and passionate pharmacists to join a strong team in York.

Key Duties

Registered with the GPhC or be provisionally registered
Have a passion for delivering an excellent patient service
Have good knowledge of community pharmacy operations and provision of both local and national pharmacy services
Confident in building on existing relationships with local GP practices, care & nursing homes, and other care providers
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and confident in managing and leading a team, encouraging their development and career progression
Have a great rapport with patients and be able to make them feel comfortable using the pharmacy services
Be able to work independently as well as being a strong team player
Promote and develop advance pharmacy services, helping the team to meet their targets
Work accurately under pressure
