Pharmacist Manager

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join an established independent community pharmacy group in Castlerock. This role involves taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the pharmacy, leading a dedicated team and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Requirements

· PSNI-registered Pharmacist

· Community pharmacy experience essential

· Previous management or supervisory experience essential

· Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

· Confident taking responsibility and making decisions in a busy environment

· Patient-focused, professional and approachable

· Commitment to continuing professional development

· Experience delivering NHS or private pharmacy services desirable but not essential
