Description

• Leading and managing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care.
• Ensuring adherence to all legal and professional requirements in the operation of the pharmacy.
• Providing comprehensive pharmaceutical advice to customers.
• Managing the sale of over-the-counter and prescription medicines.
• Implementing healthcare campaigns to improve community health.
• Maintaining and controlling the stock level within the pharmacy.
• Training and mentoring pharmacy staff to develop their skills.
• Building strong relationships with healthcare providers in the Isle of Wight.

Profile

A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:

· GPhC-registered Pharmacist.

· Proven experience in managing a team and delivering NHS services.

· Passionate about patient care, leadership, and community engagement.

· Strong ability to motivate and mentor a team.
