Pharmacist Manager Qualified Pharmacist - Hiring Urgently

A fantastic New Opportunity for a Qualified Pharmacist with Managerial experience who loves providing services and has the motivation to push services to generate higher bonus in Sutton.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Pharmacist with experience in a
community pharmacy setting and assist with the day to day running of the
pharmacy and the relevant administrative duties.

Key Duties

• Checking of prescriptions, stock control/Ordering, Customer service and Pharmacy services offered on premises (Emergency Contraception Lateral Flow Testing, UTI Treatment, Flu Vaccinations and Potentially Covid Vaccinations).
• Admin duties - Human Resources, Compliance, Information Governance, GDPR (data protection), Audits, Healthy Living Pharmacy, Quality Assurance/Risk Assessments, Staff Training (NPA Courses), Complaint Management.
• Really drive and push services
• Manage a Dispensary of hard-working staff
• Monday to Friday

Package and Benefits

• Salary up to £60,000 basic
• Bonus scheme to be discussed - competitive and could earn up to £5,000 extra if you have the drive
• Monday to Friday working and 9-1pm on a Saturday
• Can offer a Tier 2 Sponsorship
