Pharmacist & Pharmacist Manager (Permanent)

Badham Pharmacy is looking to recruit enthusiastic and energetic pharmacy managers to join our team across glorious Gloucestershire in branches in Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Cotswolds
Our St Paul's branch in central Cheltenham is a busy pharmacy currently operating on around 11,000 items a month
You will lead by example with excellent customer service skills to provide the very best healthcare services to the communities in and around Gloucestershire.
This is a full time, permanent position for a Pharmacist Manager. 5 a week with some Saturday or Sunday working on a rota basis however additional shifts can be worked as overtime. Part time applicants will also be considered. This Pharmacy is a 100 hour Pharmacy open from 0700-2200 Mon-Sat and 0900-1900 Sunday, and we are able to consider a range of shift patterns for the successful applicant.
We pay additional bonuses for all services completed including NMS, blood pressure and Pharmacy First
Undertake the role of responsible pharmacist at the pharmacy
Manage the safe and effective delivery of all pharmaceutical services at branch level
Maintain and improve peoples health by promoting Healthy Living Pharmacy services
Ensure the effective and efficient running of the pharmacy, leading by example
Ensure the pharmacy engages with all commissioned services and complies with the quality framework
Develop the pharmacy business through relevant initiatives, offering vaccinations, smoking cessation, blood pressure checks and more
