Pharmacist Prescriber

Location: Reading
Salary: £56,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time preferred | Part-time available (minimum 3 days/week)
Start Date: Immediate

Our client is a large, well-established GP practice in Reading with an Outstanding CQC rating, seeking a Prescribing Pharmacist to join our dynamic and supportive pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality prescribing services within the practice
• Manage and support patients with diabetes and other long-term conditions
• Work one extended hours day per week (until 8pm)
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Must be a qualified Prescribing Pharmacist
• Experience in managing diabetes patients
• Completion of CPPE training
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
