My client in Colchester is seeking an excellent service providing Pharmacist.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Providing Pharmacist Manager to lead our pharmacy team in the Colchester area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, managing pharmacy operations, and driving innovative services within the pharmacy.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of pharmacists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Develop and implement innovative health services and programs that meet the needs of the local community.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on medication management and health-related issues.
• Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics, implementing strategies for improvement.
• Ensure the pharmacy is stocked with necessary medications and products, managing inventory effectively.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and clinical services.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
